A: At QQS Group, we believe quality starts with precision at every step. That’s why we built a fully integrated R&D and manufacturing facility of over 236,000 ft² in Xiamen. This base allows us to manage the entire process in-house and provide strong, scalable production capacity. Key capabilities include:
Comprehensive R&D Center: Multiple teams dedicated to designing and developing consumer electronics, home appliances, smart devices, and supporting documentation.
Mold Manufacturing Center: Expertise in high-precision molds, medium-to-large molds, gas-assisted hot runner molds, and other specialized mold designs.
PCB Department: Development and production of high-precision electronic circuit boards.
Injection Molding Department: Advanced processes such as overmolding, two-shot molding, and insert molding.
Assembly Department: Class 100,000 cleanroom facilities, five assembly lines, and complete testing equipment, with an annual capacity of more than one million units.
