QQS Group boasts a professional R&D team of over 30 outstanding designers and engineers. The team is organized into multiple specialized groups, each focused on different areas of research and design. Each group is fully capable of independently handling tasks such as appearance design, structural design, PCB development, and software development. These teams work independently yet collaborate efficiently to complete every R&D project.
Proactive Cross-Departmental Collaboration QQS Group integrates R&D and production, giving us access to a large pool of skilled mold engineers, process engineers, and quality engineers. This integration fosters more active and proactive cross-departmental collaboration in our R&D projects. Technical experts from the production department are involved earlier in the R&D process, providing comprehensive support for the use of DFM, DFMA, DFC, and other methods in product development and design. This collaboration helps reduce R&D and preparation time, enabling faster time-to-market for our designs.
The R&D team at QQS places great emphasis on the application of advanced technologies in product development. As early as 2017, we began integrating technologies like 3D printing into our R&D process, allowing us to create prototypes that closely resemble final products faster. This has significantly enhanced our development efficiency.
