QQS Group has an experienced mold R&D and manufacturing team with over 20 years of expertise. We specialize in precision molds that meet European and American standards. We develop and manufacture medium-to-large molds with clamping forces ranging from 400 to 2000 tons, including gas-assisted hot runner injection molds, various two-color and multi-color injection molds, and die-casting molds with clamping forces under 1000 tons.
QQS Group’s PCBA department features an SMT workshop of over 2,500 square meters (26,900 ft²), equipped with three full Yamaha SMT production lines and a wave soldering line, along with various quality inspection equipment. We offer PCBA assembly and production services for a wide range of precision electronics and electrical products, covering industries such as consumer electronics, household appliances, and high-tech advanced equipment.
In 2021, QQS Group’s injection molding department completed an automation upgrade of its production lines, introducing several two-shot injection molding machines and Japanese high-speed injection molding machines. The department now operates 28 injection molding machines, including the Toshiba EC1300SXIII 350 high-speed injection molding machine. It is capable of high-quality molding and processing for a variety of plastics, including PE, PP, PC, PETG, ABS, and SAN.
QQS Group’s assembly department operates a 3,600㎡ (38,700 ft²) state-of-the-art assembly workshop with five production lines. The department features an exceptional process team and a production workforce where over 90% are skilled workers. It is supported by a dedicated quality management team and a full range of product testing equipment to ensure quality throughout the entire process. With flexible coordination, we handle a variety of OEM/ODM production projects, meeting the needs of diverse clients.
